SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- After worshipping at Perkins Elementary School for several years, church members saw a need, new shoes.
School officials say about 25 percent of their population is homeless and new shoes might not be an option for families. So the church teamed up with Samaritan's Feet to outfit every student and staff member with new shoes.
