CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) – Chula Vista police are warning the public about a man who exposed himself to a teen girl as she walked home from school.
Police said the incident occurred just before 3:55 p.m. on Sept. 5 in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue, not far from Chula Vista High School.
According to police, a 16-year-old girl said she was on her way home when a man she did not know drove up next to her and was touching himself as he looked at her.
The girl ran away and the man drove off, police reported.
A description of the driver and the vehicle was not immediately available.
