OTAY MESA, Calif. – Firefighters responded to a car that got stranded in a flooded Otay Mesa roadway Friday morning.
San Diego Fire-Rescue crews responded to the area of La Media and Airway roads at around 10:34 a.m. to find the car stuck in standing water. The driver and sole occupant of the car was able to climb out of the car and walk out of the flooded area on his own.
It wasn’t immediately clear how the car got stranded.
