CAMP PENDLETON (KGTV)--A small vegetation fire was burning on the northwest corner of Camp Pendleton Tuesday afternoon, according to the official Twitter account for the U.S. Marine Corps base.
Camp Pendleton Fire Department was monitoring the blaze, and no structures were reported to be threatened, according to the base's Facebook page.
Smoke was visible from Interstate 5 and San Clemente.
