DULZURA, Calif. (KGTV) - A fast-moving fire broke out near the East County community of Dulzura Friday.
The fire, named the Building Fire, ignited in brush near SR-94 and Community Building Road, Cal Fire San Diego reported.
Temperatures in Dulzura are near 110 degrees, according to 10News meteorologist Megan Parry.
Cal Fire officials tweeted the fire had burned up to ten acres and had a dangerous rate of spread. As of about 9:35 a.m. Saturday, the fire was 100 percent contained.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
