Crews are battling a brush fire burning off northbound Interstate 15 near Poway Road.
The fire was reported shortly after 12:45 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fire has forced the CHP to close the offramp from I-15 to Poway Road and some northbound lanes. Officials issued a Sig Alert due to the closures.
All Express lanes have been opened for traffic, the CHP said.
