SAN DIEGO (KGTV)--Participants in a weeklong "Caravan Against Fear" gathered Sunday at Border Field State Park for a binational Easter celebration with community and labor leaders on both sides of the U.S./Mexico border.
They were scheduled to walk in a 20-minute procession to Friendship Park, where families on both sides of the border meet and, every once in awhile, are allowed a brief embrace.
