(KGTV) - All northbound lanes of Interstate 15 were shut down Tuesday at Highway 79 due to a crash in rainy weather, said the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened just after 3 p.m. when a big rig rolled over.  A witness told the CHP the semi blew over in strong winds.

As of 5 pm., all lanes were reopened.

Just south of the big rig crash, two 50-foot eucalyptus trees slid into the two right lanes.  The CHP said rain uprooted the trees near Rainbow.
