CHULA VISTA, Calif. - Authorities are searching for a car that struck a school bus and postal truck and then fled the scene in Chula Vista.
California Highway Patrol officials said the incident happened just before 3:20 p.m. in the 300 block of Roosevelt Street, near Chula Vista Middle School.
CHP officials told 10News that a black Volvo traveling at a high rate of speed struck a postal service truck and sideswiped a Chula Vista Elementary School District bus with 11 special needs students inside.
No injuries were reported.
An exact description of the Volvo and its driver were not immediately released.
