SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- If you watched the Democratic National Convention, you heard the repeated pleas to vote. Nearly every speaker implored viewers to make their voices heard by voting. Michelle Obama even wore a necklace with her wishes spelled out: V-O-T-E.

In the news media, voting by mail – and the Post Office’s fate – has dominated headlines. In such a high stakes election, local elections officials and community leaders are already in high gear.

In this week’s webinar, we’re talking about what it takes to get people to vote, how we ensure a safe and secure election, and how we remove barriers to voting – all against the backdrop of COVID-19 and the Black Lives Matter movement.
