SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — In Encanto on Monday, people took advantage of of the free sandbags that were offered at the rec center by the City of San Diego. ABC 10News was there that morning, and anchor Lindsey Peña had the chance to talk to some folks preparing for the storm that's slowly creeping south.
