POWAY, Calif. (KGTV) — ABC 10News Anchor Wale Aliyu was outside Pomerado Elementary Thursday evening after Councilmenber Brian Pepin said several mothers were at City Hall to share their concerns with homeless encampments in the area.
A new ordinance passed the full council a month ago.
