San Diegans priced out of living in the trendy East Village may have a new door opening.
Crews will break ground on The Nook East Village in March, where 250-square-foot studios will rent from $1,000 to $1,200 a month.
San Diegans who earn up $47,600 a year would qualify. Builder Trestle Development is already taking names for an interest list.
