For the first time since she was sentenced the woman who ran over a San Diego sailor in a fit of road rage is speaking out in a jailhouse interview.
It was back in April that she was sentenced to six years for killing Navy Chief Petty Officer Zach Buob.
Investigators say Jackson chased down Buob on I-5 after a confrontation, eventually hitting his bike and running him over.

She tells ABC's 20/20 she deeply regrets what happened.
"If I would've known that it would have ended the way it ended I would have never, ever followed him," said Jackson.
