A 53-year-old man with a diminished mental capacity went missing Monday in Chula Vista.
Ronald Taylor, who has several medical issues requiring medication, was last seen about 4 a.m. near his home in the 300 block of Corte Maria Avenue, according to Chula Vista police.
Taylor, who is able to use public transportation and enjoys visiting the beach, is white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing khaki pants and a red hoodie when he was last
seen.
