CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (KGTV) - A vegetation fire that erupted on the Camp Pendleton base Tuesday afternoon was 100 percent contained after burning 152 acres. causing any threats to structures or personnel.
The Orange County Fire Authority responded to the fire at around 4 p.m., and at that point, the blaze charred just over five acres just east of Cristianitos Road.
However, by 7 p.m., the fire had spread to 150 acres burned.

On Wednesday morning, Orange County Fire Authority officials declared the fire 100 percent contained.

No injuries or structure damage were reported.
