ESCONDIDO, Calif. (KGTV) - The San Diego Zoo Safari Park is showing gratitude to firefighters by offering free admission during September.

Active-duty firefighters with identification can get into the North County park all month long. Up to six family members or friends can receive 10 percent off the 1-day Pass admission.

Pass entry includes the Africa Tram, Cheetah Run, and all regularly scheduled shows.

Tickets are available for same-day use only at the Safari Park. They may only be purchased at the ticket window at 15500 San Pasqual Valley Rd.
