From lobster rolls to empanadas to deli classics to desserts to drinks, Liberty Station Public Market is a perfect destination for foodies to try new eats, sample drinks, and enjoy artisan fare.

But if you're new to the market or just looking for something else to try, here are our top picks for where you must eat:

Wicked Maine Lobster: For a taste of a New England classic, Wicked Maine Lobster styles its lobster rolls in the iconic east coast variations: Either hot with butter sauce (Connecticut) or cold with mayo (Maine). Wicked Maine Lobster also serves up a delicious lobster mac n' cheese, New England Clam Chowder, lobster tacos, and more.

Liberty Meat Shop: The Meat Shop inside Liberty Station serves us classic deli fare, from sandwiches to carved meats. The Torpedo is a no-frills choice for a delicious Italian classic and the deli's beef brisket is a delicious bet. But if you're feeling nutty, order "The Elvis" (peanut butter, banana, and bacon with honey.)

Local Greens: Get your health kick at Local Greens, packed with delicious and filling salads, wraps, and bowls. Their Endless Summer salad can be enjoyed as a salad or wrap and is filled with appetizing quinoa, brown rice, arugula, chicken breast, a mango salsa, cranberries, and a cilantro-lime jalapeño dressing.

Stuffed!: Burgers stuffed with cheese and topped with everything from mac n' cheese, bacon, or short ribs. Or, get mac n' cheese and top it with a burger. For a delicious intro, get the "WHAM," a patty stuffed with American cheese, and topped with bacon and Stuffed! sauce.

Smoothie Rider: For a delicious kick to your day, Smoothie Rider has a variety of smoothies packed with nutrition. Their fresh juices and overnight oat jars are great, but if you're looking for a smoothie, their Monkey Business (freshly squeezed orange juice, banana, peanut butter, pineapple, celery, and granola) doesn't mess around.

Scooped by Mootime: Ice cream tacos, sandwiches, cones, or bowls, whichever your delivery preference, are sure to be delicious at Scooped. You can even build your own moopie with cookies or cereal. While the possibilities seem endless, you can't go wrong with birthday cake ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies.

Paraná Empanadas: Have your pick of freshly baked empanadas in a variety of styles. While you can't go wrong with any choice at Paraná Empanadas, their beef and chipotle chicken empanadas are baked to perfection. Vegetarian options are also available in delicious margherita, corn, cheese, and spinach variations.

Westbean: For a kick to your day, Westbean has plenty of delicious jolts. Drip coffee, espressos, macchiatos, cold brews, and much more. If tea is your game, they have you covered there. But if we're choosing one, their signature vanilla latte (hot or iced) is a worthy order.

Cecilia's Taqueria: It's a San Diego foodie adventure without tacos, right? Cecilia's Taqueria brings delicious homemade tacos, quesadillas, tostadas, and salads to Liberty Station foodies. But if you're picking one thing, their Surf and Turk quesadilla packed with shrimp and beef, queso, and avocado is a must.

Olala Crepes: Whether it's breakfast time or dessert time, the choice is yours to enjoy Olala Crepes. Their savory side includes a delicious Je Suis President, featuring bacon, brie, mozzarella, tomatoes, and spinach. On the sweet end, indulge in the Passionnement, featuring Nutella and chocolate chip cookie.
