SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A half-dozen more non-stop flights from San Diego's Lindbergh Field are coming in the fall, according to an announcement Wednesday by Alaska Airlines.
The new daily destinations include Austin, Texas and Omaha, Neb., expected to begin Aug. 27. Daily, non-stop flights to Albuquerque, N.M., were scheduled to begin Oct. 18, while Minneapolis, Minn., flights were set to begin Nov. 18. Kansas City and St. Louis trips begin Dec. 15, according to the airline.
A daily, non-stop flight from San Diego to Mexico City is also planned, and is scheduled to begin later this year.
The additions will mean the airline will be flying a total of 40 daily flights to 29 destinations from San Diego International Airport.
