CANTON, Ohio - An Ohio mom is under investigation after police found her children home alone while she was at a bar.
One of the children called 911 around 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
But one of the kids then tried to cover for their mom, Cyntauria Hall, while talking to dispatchers.
Child: "Oh, I did that accidental (sic)."
Dispatcher: "I know. Can I talk to an adult?"
Child: "Um, she went to the store."
Dispatcher: "How old are you?"
Child: "12."
Police said that when officers arrived, there were three children-- a 3-year-old and 2 10-year-olds -- home alone.
Hall told WEWS in Cleveland that she went to a local bar to pick up a friend who was drunk. She also said police were incorrect in their report about the ages of the children.
She is accused of endangering children. Her court date is set for April 19.
