SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – In February, ABC 10News’ Storytime took place at the Pride Academy in Santee.
Anchor Melissa Mecija went to the school and read “Grump Monkey” to a group of first-grade students.
After the reading, the children choose five free books to take home.
The Storytime program is done in partnership with North Island Credit Union.
