SAN DIEGO - In San Carlos, one homeowner says beware of who's knocking.
During the late afternoon Wednesday, Lynn, who asked us not to identify her, says someone banged on her door very loudly, yelling to get her attention.
She says a middle-aged man started babbling about remodeling work but she pointed to her 'No Soliciting' sign and closed the door.
A few minutes later, she looked out and noticed he had left the area.
The next morning, when she returned home, her key no longer worked.
She brought the lock to Lowe's, where the worker told her someone had tampered with it - sparking some nagging questions.
