SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Three major San Diego County freeway closures will be in effect this weekend for road repairs.
— The eastbound State Route 94 connector to southbound SR-125 will be closed from 3 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday for pavement repairs. Motorists will be directed around the road work using EB SR-94 to Campo Rd., left onto Spring St., and right onto Spring St. to southbound SR-125.
— All lanes of westbound SR-52, from SR-163 to Interstate 805, will be closed Saturday at 8 p.m. until Sunday at 2 p.m. for pavement dip repairs. Drivers will be directed around the area using:
- From northbound SR-163, take northbound I-805 to westbound SR-52.
- From southbound SR-163, continue southbound on SR-163 to northbound I-5 to SR-52.
- From northbound I-15, exit onto westbound Balboa Avenue to northbound I-805 to westbound SR-52.
- From southbound I-15, continue southbound on I-15 to westbound I-8 to northbound I-805 to westbound SR-52.
The connector ramps from I-15 and SR-163, and Kearny Villa Rd. on-ramp onto WB SR-52 will also be closed.

— NB and SB lanes of I-5 will be closed to remove falsework from beneath the Gilman Dr. Bridge between 9:30 p.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday.
SB I-5 will be closed from the I-5/I-805 split to La Jolla Village Dr. Southbound motorists will be detoured via I-805.
Northbound I-5 will be closed, from La Jolla Village Dr. to Voigt Dr. Northbound motorists will be detoured to I-8, SR-52 and the La Jolla Village Dr. ramps.
Sunday's work is part of the Mid Coast Trolley line project.
