CARLSBAD, Calif. (KGTV) - A body was found in a North County mall parking lot Friday.
Carlsbad Police officers were at the scene at The Shoppes at Carlsbad in the 2500 block of El Camino Real just before 6 p.m.
A cause of death has not been released. Police said it will be up to the county Medical Examiner to determine a cause, but officers on scene are said it may have been self-inflicted.
The identity of the person was not released.
