"Anyone that preys on a child is scum," said Stephanie Gordon.

It's a crime that's too disturbing for Gordon or any mom to comprehend.

"As a parent, it would make me mad if someone did that to my child," she said.

Gordon is referring to Robert Becker, accused of following a 10-year-old girl into the women's restroom and recording video of her on his cellphone.

10News obtained a search warrant that says before this all happened, he made numerous trips through the kids' clothing section and bought a pair of socks.

The search warrant says the man went into the stall next to the young girl and recorded her underneath the divider. She told him to stop recording.

He asked her, "have you ever touched a (expletive)?"

She replied "no."

He then asked, "are you sure?"

She again asked the man to stop recording. He then left in a hurry.

"It's just not right to have a child... so degraded," Gordon said.

Detectives traced Becker by his credit card purchase and arrested him. Turns out, he was previously convicted of statutory rape and child porn.

Becker is being held without bail because he is charged with violating his probation.
