Members of the La Jolla Town Council are looking for a humane way to discourage sea lions from hanging out on the rocks. They say some swimmers have gotten sick from bacteria levels and nearby restaurant and hotel workers have gotten sick from the smell of animal waste. 10News Anchor Anne State has the story.
