NORTH PARK - The United States Postal Service is investigating an incident reported in North Park, where a woman claims a postal worker kicked her dog twice into the street.
"Why, like, why would you kick my dog. I don't understand," the dog owner said. "Seeing her get kicked for no reason just makes me so upset."
A spokesman for the USPS said the dog was reportedly out of control, contrary to the owner saying her dog was calm at her side.
10News' Jon Horn spoke to the dog owner and the USPS about the incident.
