The search is on for a group of dirt bike riders captured on cell phone video beating up a car service driver on a Bay Area freeway.
In the video, several bikers are seen doing tricks and stunts on southbound Highway 101 in San Francisco.
One of the bikers then bumps into a white car, then the other bikers speed up. A red car is then seen boxing in the white car as the bikers surround the white car.
According to the person who captured the video, up to 15 bikers started punching the car and hitting the windows.
At some point, the driver, identified as 35-year-old Alex Quintana, stopped on the freeway and got out of the car to confront the bikers.
However, he was attacked and beaten so severely he was sent to the hospital. Quintana suffered a broken leg and broken nose from the attack.
A GoFundMe has been set up to help with his medical expenses.
California Highway Patrol deputies are now reviewing the video and asking for the public's help in identifying any of the bikers involved. Anyone with information is asked to contact CHP at 415-551-4100.
