LEMON GROVE, Calif. – The large branch of a tree broke off and crashed into the road in Lemon Grove overnight Sunday.
At around midnight, the branch toppled over into the roadway at Golden Avenue and Crane Street. No one was injured and no property was damaged.
San Diego County Sheriff’s deputies responded and cordoned off the road while they waited for city crews to come and chop the tree up and remove it.
