SAN DIEGO: A one-year-old child was rushed to the hospital Saturday evening after being found face down in the water in Mission Bay.
An ER Doctor was nearby, and was able to clear the toddler's airway before lifeguards arrived. The child was transported to Rady Children's Hospital. Lifeguards confirm the toddler was breathing during transport.
