Here are three vices that Dr. Natasha Bhuyan and Kristina Guerrero suggest are good for your health.
COFFEE
In an interview with The List, an article on WebMD explains that coffee drinkers are less likely to have type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease and dementia. Drinking coffee regularly may also lead to fewer cases of certain cancers, heart rhythm problems and strokes.
CHAMPAGNE
Cheers! Drinking up to three glasses of champagne a week can help with memory loss (three glasses a week, not a day!). According to Leslie Barrie of health.com, this bubbly beverage helps your heart and will smooth your skin.
DARK CHOCOLATE
Chocolate lovers rejoice: Dark chocolate is as effective as Fluoride in helping with tooth decay and cavities. Men’s Health says, "dark chocolate has been scientifically proven to keep your brain sharp, your ticker ticking and your skin shielded from the sun’s harmful rays."
