IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. (KGTV)--The San Diego Sheriff's Department released a sketch Thursday of a man wanted for exposing himself to a mother and her young daughter.
The incident happened Monday about 9:30 a.m. as the mother and her four-year-old daughter were walking near 11th St. and Elder Ave., deputies said.
The mother said a gray car similar to a Volkswagen Golf pulled up next to them and she noticed the driver was not wearing pants, according to the Sheriff's department. Deputies said the mother yelled, and the man drove away.

She told deputies the man was Hispanic, in his 20's, and clean shaven. He was wearing a blue zipped-up jacket, a black hat, and dark sunglasses.
