Sheriff's deputies are investigating a homicide that took place in eastern San Diego County, a Sheriff's Department official said.
Deputies were called to the community of Boulevard at 11:28 a.m. Saturday, where a stabbing occurred at Tusil and Crestwood roads, Lt. Russell Shimmin said.
Deputies have detained three people in connection with the homicide, Shimmin said.
