Zillow defines a $1 Million Neighborhood as a ZIP code where at least 10 percent of the homes are worth $1,000,000 or more.

- 92008 Carlsbad
- 92011 Carlsbad
- 92029 Escondido/Del Dios/Elfin Forest
- 92059 Pala
- 92101 East Village/Downtown San Diego
- 92131 Scripps Ranch
