LAS VEGAS (KGTV) - Tina Frost was with her boyfriend and a group of several other friends when bullets started flying towards them Sunday night in Las Vegas.

She was the only person in her group that was shot, said family friend Amy Klinger.

Frost’s boyfriend didn’t hesitate to help.

“He and another gentleman carried Tina 300 yards from where she was hit to where they found a pickup truck with space on the back,” said Klinger.

Without him, “who knows what could have happened,” she added.

Frost went into surgery and on Wednesday remained in critical, but stable condition.

A GoFundMe page had been set up to raise money for medical costs. As for Wednesday it had raised more than $170,000.

Frost was an accountant at Ernst & Young, according to Klinger. She grew up in Maryland but had moved to San Diego about five years ago.
