Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles, considered to be one of the most popular restaurants in all of Southern California, is opening a restaurant in Barrio Logan, according to Eater San Diego.
Earlier this year, Eater reported Roscoe's was looking to expand into San Diego. At the time, a location was not determined.
However, on Tuesday, Eater confirmed that the Southern food eatery has decided to open a restaurant at 1678 National Avenue, at Sigsbee Street.
Eater says the new Roscoe's could possibly be open for business later this year.
Roscoe's currently has seven locations -- 5 in Los Angeles County and 2 in Orange County.
