SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A Bay Ho couple never knows what each night will bring, thanks to several intruders they've been dealing with for years.
Curtis Williams described the latest incident to 10News.
“Marianne was in the kitchen so I could hear her screaming and I go ‘What’s the matter Marianne?’ and she goes “nothing I got it handled,’” Williams said.
He says his wife Marianne was "handling" the raccoons that had broken into their kitchen.
“We had it completely closed and they just punched through and slid the door open and they’re in the kitchen," Williams said. "You know, they’re on the table, they’re up on the sink. Luckily we had this door closed or they probably would have been in the whole house.”
Williams said they've also ripped up all the sod on his lawn, and have broken into their bedroom while they were sleeping.
“Raccoon prances into the house and I’m going ‘Get the hell out of here!’” Williams said.
Williams has now started sprinkling a mixture of black pepper, crushed red pepper, and cayenne pepper around his yard to try to deter the animals.
