SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Port of San Diego workers installed signs at parks along San Diego Bay to remind people not to feed birds.
Bird waste is becoming an unhealthy and unsightly problem, according to Karen Holman, the Port's Director of Environmental Protection.
Harbor Police may eventually hand out warnings or tickets if people don't obey the signs.
