The deadline to enroll through the Federal Exchange is 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Officials pushed back the deadline from December 15 after experiencing heavy volume on that day.
President-elect Donald Trump is vowing to repeal Obamacare but that has not deterred people from signing up.
Obamacare is for people who don't have access to employer-sponsored insurance or can't afford other plans.
