LAKESIDE, Calif. (KGTV)--A woman is dead after a couple motorcycling side-by-side on a Lakeside road Saturday night were struck by a car, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The husband and wife were said to be traveling north on Winter Gardens Boulevard on their motorcycles when they were struck by a driver of a Ford Taurus.
The driver, in his 60s, was not believed to be driving under the influence.
It was not immediately clear how the car struck the motorcyclists.
