SAN DIEGO (KGTV)--San Diego Police Department is asking for the public's help Monday in locating an at-risk missing person.
Jesus Portillo, 79, went missing from his National Avenue home on Monday around 2:00 a.m., police said.
Portillo is diagnosed with dementia and early stage Alzheimer's Disease.
He has gray hair, brown eyes, a gray bushy mustache, stands 5-foot-8-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt, jeans and a gray fedora.
