SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The San Diego Coast Guard crew who rescued a family during the recent California mudslides was honored for their service today by the Mayor and City Council.
The men saved a family of five who were trapped on the roof of their home in Santa Barbara county back in December.
Their heroic actions earned them a proclamation during Tuesday's city council meeting.
