Police are searching for the man who exposed himself then tried to pull down a woman’s pants.
It happened in the 1200 block of 43rd Street in San Diego.
On Tuesday, officers walked around the Southcrest neighborhood talking to witnesses in hopes of finding the man.
“I looked down and I seen a detective and two police cars and I said to myself ‘Wow, what happened?'” said Pam Jones.
Pam Jones was shocked to hear what had happened.
Police say the man walked into Casa Nutrition while people were inside. After exposing himself he then took off. No arrests have been made.
Officers say a different woman at a laundromat across the street reported a similar crime, in which a man exposed himself in front of her a couple months ago.
Investigators are looking into whether the two incidents are related.
“It shocks me but at one point in this area it does not shock me at all cause this is a high-crime area, there's a lot of drug activity, there's been previous exposures in this area,” Jones said.
Jones has lived in the neighborhood for 24 years.
She's seen a lot and says this latest incident confirms it's time for her to go.
“I'm getting ready to move 'cause I'm tired of all the activity that's going on around here,” Jones said.
The suspect is described as a dark-skinned male in his 20's with a Cuban accent.
He's about 5’7” and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and red shorts.
