Tuesday afternoon in Pacific Beach, police stopped a man driving a red pick-up truck on Mission Boulevard at Grand Avenue.
Police say the driver was totally naked.
Officers told him to get dressed. He did.
The shirt the man put on read, "Stupid is as stupid does."
When asked why he was driving naked, the man said it was hot and sunny.
Police towed his truck, but let him go free.
