Libraries
Animal shelters
All public buildings in Balboa Park
Tecolote Nature Center
City pools
City recreation centers
Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center
What’s Open:
Golf courses will be open until at least 3 pm.
Skate parks
Trash pickup will be delayed one day in the City of San Diego.
Parking meters, yellow zones and curb time limits will not be enforced.
