SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — In the latest numbers from San Diego County, Chula Vista ranks third in coronavirus cases countywide.

Yesterday, the FDA amended its emergency use authorization for the Pfizer and Moderna Bivalent vaccines. The CDC has since agreed to those changes.
That means Bivalent COVID vaccines will now be the standard vaccine for fighting current and future strains of the coronavirus.
The changes also allow people ages 65 and older and certain people with weakened immunity to get additional doses before this fall’s vaccination campaign.
