SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A San Diego hotel displayed some excellent customer service by making good on a guest’s unique request involving popular rapper Travis Scott.

Nashville native Terrell Broady Jr. took to Twitter to share his experience about a recent stay at the Hampton Inn at 1531 Pacific Highway, not knowing that some screenshots and photos would make his story go viral.

Broady told 10News that he and his girlfriend were arriving in San Diego on May 30 for a short vacation when he received a text message from a hotel staff member named Mariela to confirm his reservation and arrival.

In the text message, of which Broady posted screenshots on Twitter, Mariela said: “Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.”

After asking if he could check in early, Broady made this request: “Also, I’d love a picture of Travis Scott on the desk.”

Mariela responded: “We will do our best to take care of your request.”

Broady said he’s a huge Travis Scott fan and did not make the request to be funny, but he didn’t think the hotel would come through with the photo.

Upon entering his room, Broady was surprised to see a framed picture of Travis Scott on the desk, as requested.

Broady tweeted a photo of what he found in his room and said: “My loyalty to Hampton Inn has been activated.”

Broady also showed a photo of a thank you letter he wrote to Mariela and a $25 tip for her. He also added a Travis Scott $100 bill -- a souvenir he got when he sat in the front row at one the rapper’s recent concerts.

Hampton Inn responded to Broady’s story with a GIF of the rapper with two thumbs up and: “You’re more than welcome, Terrell. We’re just here hoping you have the best stay possible. (Also Mariela is the true [queen’s crown emoji])”

Broady told 10News that he made sure to bring the framed picture back home to Tennessee.

As Broady’s story has continued to gain momentum on social media, there’s no word yet on if the rapper has seen the story from one of his biggest fans.

Meeting Travis Scott “would make this chapter of my life,” Broady said.
