CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - One person was ejected in a rollover crash in Chula Vista that authorities said may be DUI-related.
At around 2:30 a.m. Thursday, Chula Vista police were responding to a domestic violence call when they saw a pickup truck linked to the incident on westbound Otay Lakes Road.
As police tried to catch up, the truck tried to enter the northbound state Route 125 on-ramp when it crashed and rolled over.
One of the truck’s two occupants was thrown from the vehicle; both occupants -- a man and a woman -- were rushed to the hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
10News learned authorities are investigating the crash as a possible DUI incident.
