BONITA, Calif. (KGTV) - The Los Angeles Chargers’ loss on Sunday is your gain on Monday.
Now that the Chargers’ 2018 season is over after a playoff defeat to the New England Patriots, El Pollo Grill in Bonita is keeping up with its tradition of offering free food after a Bolts’ loss.
On Monday, between 11 a.m.-7 p.m., the restaurant is giving away free carne asada or pollo asado burritos or tacos. In order to get a burrito, customers are required to purchase a drink; for the free “Spanos” taco, no drink purchase is required.
The offer is one per guest.
The free food promotion was first introduced by EPG owner Victor Lopez in 2017 in response to the Chargers’ move to Los Angeles.
