SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Firefighters are investigating what started a house fire near Oak Park that sent a mother and three children to the hospital.
The fire started around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Officials say the woman and three children were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. The woman also suffered broken bones to her legs after she jumped from the second floor.
A firefighter was also taken to the hospital for a minor burn to the leg and is expected to be okay.
Firefighters say several people and families were living in the two-story home.
A resident who was evacuated by the fire told ABC 10News it is a sober living home for women and children.
